Yesterday, as I was rushing to the train station to go town and meet my friend (exams are finally over!!) I saw this little crow in front of me.

I thought that as I walked closer, it would quickly hopped away in fear of me.

HOWEVER, to my frustration, it continued to hopped in circles in front of me. I had to walk the other way because of IT.

Me, giving way to a crow. dammit. Singapore crows are a fearless bunch.

Seriously speaking, Tv is an untouched antique by me now. But when i happened to watch them, i rather hope for a better program than some shit like all the"Super-" or "Super Star" shit, its really rubbish and eye sore for me. 70% of the result from the audience, nice going media corp, helping your fellow singtel/m1/starhub in earning a profit from this kinda rotten, Copied program...

Trust me, this is a lame one i stumblem upon with a friend, pratically 90% of it is just crap of flaming which i really wondered. The Censor ship is really not active here, no moderator. Best.
I see people flaming away at different streams. This us where hatred brew in the past for all racist war and all racist riots. But sadly, students taking Social studies and History are not understanding this at all. They really think they can get away with this.

Not to mention, a forum is a forum, message/momo board, blog or what ever where you can leave your tags or post at. Can be tracked. Cant any one know about this? Flaming/ double posting and personal assualtsz are the things i hate the most. not to mention when it comes down to personal issues.

I dreamt a few days ago that Ah^Wei was hollering at me for not blogging. I guess I better submit a post before dreams become reality. heex.

Am waiting for the water to boil now. And I'm gonna use the water to bath. yes, you didn't read wrongly. It just so happenes that my heater is spoiled and I really cant stand the freezing water that's coming out of my hose, that I have to resort to boiling water.

So now, I feel like I've been transported to another area of time. zzzz.

This just makes me realise that, how we have taken for granted the technology we have now. Like computer, what would you do without it, for me, I prob would have to WRITE all my reports, and go to the library to search for information, climbing ladders. But now, I just have to click, copy, paste and tata! report done.

Another form would be my mp3 player. and my hp, all these inventions that I somehow have fused them into my life.

I guess, everyone has their own gadgets that they cant do without. Just like, how could you do without the heater in your hse??!!

Well if you guys ever reliased, that the govt's speech every year is getting nothing more like a cache, and the things in the country is as usual, a dejavoo of what ever happened. its getting boring about wanting to know what is installed in the new year for us, all i've known of now is that due to timing syn between the poly and jc's, we are habing shorter time. very well done i must say, reducing our time to study and learn more stuff, just to help the so called "Elites" thats studying in the jc's to not be jealous of the fact that poly students are starting school later than them.( dont you think so?) well thats my two cents, take it or leave it.

Well, i'll juz go on~... so, izzit real? That there is a certain tactic that can be learnt such that picking up girls is as easy as ABC ?

Well, for that, i can't really answer... for me, i did for a period of time actually went into exploring this 'art'.... and actually found alot of interesting things... which totally change my view on how to get girls~.

Of coz, applying them to real time situation is a whole different thing... but my rate of success did went up.

So, i would say that yes, this things actually can help guys get girls MORE EASILY... but really, self confidence in the guy is the most important. Really, without confidence in yourself, u don even need to try, i'll juz tell u. No Way.

And of coz, remember that feeling, or love as u people call it, is not like 1+1=2 kinda thing~... it's a kinda unexplainable. It's either u get it, or u don't.

Well, anyway, flirting is just a game. (at least to me.) Enjoy it, keep the girl and urself in a good mood while doing it, don feel tense or nervous~, and always have fun.

wondering whats the title about? it's actually the name of my personal website. =D

setting up a website has always been one of my greatest dreams, because it is a place that i can fully control and manage all by myself. it is also a place that i can spread whatever message that i want many people to know and see.

first, i learnt how to design. the very first website i designed is my secondary school's npcc website, which is now still hosted by MOE. then i went on to try making blog templates, experimenting as many different design styles as possible. well this year i successfully entered my dream course - digital media design, which allowed me to have greater understanding in design.

next, i need to know how to get a domain and a host so that i can set up my website. thanks to wei da, i was able to buy the domain quickly.

Alright, its been pretty dead and Im not about to heap a chunk of heavy stuff on everyone ~ lest I get the reputation of being one to churn out lecture after lecture. Lets just talk crap today- sounds good? ^_^

You know what's crap? Living with the potential that someone might spot something unlawful in your blog and put you in jail is crap. Blogging trash about your teachers which in turn can get you out of school is crap. ~~Hyping up the new JC experience only to tell us it is only going to be implemented in 2006 is crap.~~ Oops, the last part was my own entry (Forget it, that is an order)

First I am not sheltering them, my goodness, racist remarks in Singapore! Its like moving a jumbo-jet in a no fly zone (Umm im not sure if you can do that but it sounded logical~ don't shoot me down if it's wrong, this is crap remember?), driving a monster truck in a picycle park (ok that was way off) or aiming a obviously loaded pistol to your head. Simple terms? Its social suicide in racially harmonous Singapore.

Then again you can't help but have a wee bit of sympathy for those guys, and of course, watching what you type under the "invincible" cover of the "anonymous". As far as I know, I'll be watching my tongue~ I mean fingers when i let my blog do the talking. Got to toe, or thumb the line.

If you've ever made someone take the rap for something you did here's a nifty question for you. That day I was shopping with my mom, and once again, I just wished that those aunties would not wear what they are not supposed to wear. There's some unknown guideline but some just don't follow!! I tell you, it's damm paiseh to go out and realise you got the same top/skirt/shoes/bag/whatever as an auntie on street. If that ever happens to me, God bless, please don't let it ever happen, I will faint on the spot.

yea, people are most prob going what's the fuss with wearing the same as an auntie? Hell, it's traumatising kies. Just goes to show how fashionable you are and that auntie is. -sniggers- WE are supposed to have more fashion sense. Suppose, yea, I SUPPOSE in a way, it's kinda a big word. Oh wells. -shrugs-

It's tiring when you go shopping and before looking at the price, before deciding whether you like the design, you need to go "Gosh, I have seen that on my neighbour." (who happens to be a 50 plus, all wrinkled woman)

It certainly isn't very encouraging when every other shop is selling similar designs. (Oh you know how Singapore is, the clothes are almost the same. >.<") So I was thinking, how nice it would be if there's an age limit to what clothes you can buy. =)

remembered my previous entry? the one that i blogged about how sad... and boring my life was?? surprisingly, things have changed; totally changed.

there's this very strong fire of optimism and hope burning in my heart right now + recently, spreading motivation and encouragement all over myself.. and even to my classmates. for the next few weeks i'll be very very busy with my studio project ( while the rest are enjoying holidays.. what the hell.. ). at first i 'welcomed' it with a very sian attitude. but somehow.. i feel very excited about it now! i'm actually looking forward to the end of this project ( which will end at around the end of september.. )

perhaps it's because i took a picture with fiona xie last friday ( refer to my blog for details ).. and perhaps it's because of the series of fortunate events that this precious photo of mine led to ( which i don't want to say.. heheh.. don't ask.. 'cause i won't speak a word about it ).

whenever i'm alone, you may see me smiling to the air. please don't treat me like a mad person.

it's a really wonderful and great feeling, i'm gonna treasure it for as long as i can. =D

Im sure everyone knows of what happened up in the land of the free, or at least in New Orleans. If you have been living in a hole or don't care about world events (You're so going to fail your GP~ if you're in JC) a few days ago a hurricane (it's named Katrina, dont ask me why) took a little trip down there and totally blew everything up. Being under sea level (What insane people would build huge cities which are below sea level protected by levees? Oh wait~ Americans) when the levee burst (or broke) You can guess what happened. Now 80+% of the city is underwater and a picture in the newspaper showed flooding so bad that you could only see the TOP of lamp posts above the water and people huddled helpless on the roofs of high rise buildings.

The true horrors were yet to surface. The people themselves. With no food, no power and no supplies, desperate people began looting stores. And the police even when given power by the mayor couldn't do a thing. Interfere and get killed. (Remember, it is legal to own weapons~ and if you dont own one, you can always loot one from an abandoned store) Chaos reigns, no one dares to help, even rescue helicopters dare not land. People actually opened fire on the people coming to help them so much so he army was involved under the guise of "rescue efforts" (to me)

But beneath all that. Look at the rescue pictures in the papers, you see policemen carrying people to safety, you see looters and such nothing amiss? Look closer. Im not trying to be racist, or start a fight. But it's true and everyone knows it, just no one is willing so speak out. They are saving the wealthy and the whites first (if the wealthy hadn't already left when they heard it coming) leaving the poor and -the African Americans. Obviously this is some DAMNNED kind of discrimination! No wonder they open fire on rescuers, loot stores and are an angry people. It's a matter of survival now- and at this crucial time your skin color still matters?! You can't tell how pissed I am over this I dare say this disaster will be worse then the Dec 26 tsunami simply because of the discrimination.

The bias is sickening. It's there, but no one says it. What freedom is this America? Forget it, these are the signs~ the end is near! Haha- Singapore is just such a lucky place. You can stop complaining and be glad you are alive. I am. Lets round off with some lyrics.

I mean, WHOW!!!, think abt it~, i spent twenty years of MY life on 25 ppl to see wat affects their life. Totally awesome!!!

Man, i tink they cld have spent that time growing more trees on planet Earth so that it at least benefits us~.

My conclusion was based on wat Faust had written.

So wat if everything that we do cannot be fix? So wat if it does?
Are they trying to make us live a life THEY want?

Chaos Theory, or The Butterfly Effect, which i believe is the scientific name for it, izz the theory that every little thing one done would always generates a effect. Small or big.

Thus, i believe that for life, there's MILLIONS kind of ending for a person...and it's not decided just only by the person himself. Yes, u lived your own life...but there's alot of other factor on how ur life izz lived, and thus~...if i reli have to choose btw nature or nurture, i wld choose nature.

I woulden wanna go too deep into this, since i have wrote about the Chaos Theory b4 on my blog. =)

Thanks for shooting me down. Alright, about the documentary, I'm sure you know enough from what the others have posted so I won't repeat that part. I feel that if such an experiment could show if what we end us as is a result of nature or nurture. Then why hasn't something like this been tried before? The amount of possibilities that are cannot be controlled by humans are countless, nothing can be kept in perfectly exact, perfectly controlled situations.

Also, the series attempts to track them through till the 25 of them are 20. Won't they feel strange? Being kept track of, like some test subject (Which they are). And then, after the experiment, lets say if the experiment does come to pass and succeed? How can they prove that the future of a person is nutured or pre-destinied by nature? If the answer is nature, then the test would have been a rather big waste of resources, as in the setting up and all. However, if the results are nurture. What then?

Will there be specially planned schools and institutes equipped with "cradle to grave" programmes to allow the future generations to achieve the life they want? The decisions they make based on thier own pretinkered judgement, can it possibly be controlled? Now I'm not putting down Singapore TV, but if such a documentary were have to been shot, Singapore would not get it as soon as it were avaliable. Such big news would have made it on medical, social and every other journal worldwide (if proven)

Is this is beginning of the end of free-will as we know it if proven "nuture"? Or will it be the perfect excuse for the lows of life? (I was born that way) As for me, I still believe in neither. I believe we all have a destiny, a final ending situation. But, what we decide to do on the way there is up to us, and what we do on the way affects how we end up. But only one destiny is assured for all, and that is death.

There is also another thing I do know. That humans, all humans by nature are evil. From a young age without being taught, we instinctively apply violence, lie and cheat, to get the best for ourselves. "Don't you feel as fufilled as I am when you are engaged in a fight?" A quote from EW. It is in human nature to have the urge to succeed and be recognised by others. But when everyone seeks this actively, conflict is bound to occur, so indirectly I can say safely, it is in human nature to fight, to struggle and sometimes to overcome.

The documentary will be shown from 24th to 26th august at 10 p.m. Please remember to watch it. Lol~ I am starting to make it sound like homework. Faust said that the documentary would not show anything. Then why the hell they make a documentary out of it?! Anyway, it is going to be very interesting. It falls on the day I start my Exams though. Having two thoughts on whether to watch or study. Just remember. 24 to 26th August 10 p.m.

I was thinking how the 25 babies experimented on would be like. I also thought about how they were going to keep the factors constant so it would be a fair experiment. By making sure that every breakfast, lunch and dinner they eat the same amount and kind of food? Even if they have kept it constant, how would they ensure that the children would not sneak a snack or something?

Sending them to the same school and provide them the same education is easy. However, how do they know that the information they absorb will be the same? So many questions and no answer. Looks like I'll have to watch the show before I start making stupid assumptions again. Dang! Exams!

oops.. wrong title. if you've been reading my blog recently, you'll know that i seldom blog about my slow, sad, boring and meaningless life. i don't wish to bore my readers to death by 'forcing' them to read about my slow, sad, boring and meaningless life.

well life is gorgeous actually, but i just happen to view it from a very ugly perspective. no don't worry, i won't commit suicide or something. i'm not even feeling sad. i just feel that my life is plain and uneventful. i live my life like a machine - doing the same things everyday. yes occasionally i get some breaks to go out with my friends, but after all these outing, i reach home feeling so empty inside me. what the hell is wrong with me i wonder?

theoretically, i'm a very simple person. simple as in, i am satisfied and contented with many simple things in life. every little simple thing can make me happy. even smelling the fragrance of flowers can brighten up my day like a sun shining into an asshole so that even the shit glow.

well, i'm getting sick of such systematic life.. i want some new things. a girlfriend maybe? lol.

my life is basically splitted into two. the real life and cyber life. the real life is all about going out to the same old places in the small island in singapore and in the cyber life.. you see me sitting in front of the computer chatting with the same group of people.. helping the same few people for the same few problems.

what do i really want now? i'm just typing whatever crap that's flashing in my mind. i wonder if what i typed has even made any sense. hmm..

um.. also.. just pretend that my 'shift' key does not work when i try to capitalise letters.

Nature Or Nurture?

I have been watching Central for a few nights because of Inuyasha and Shaman King. But that is not what I am gonna talk about today. They have been showing some cuts on some documentary that they are going to show. I am particularly interested in it.

The documentary is about 20 babies, right from the day they were born, they are brought up the same way.( I think it is...) Then the show go about telling twenty years later, what they become is due to the nurture they have gotten or nature...

It is like a most mystifying experiment ever! I really wonder. What makes us who we are today. Nature or nuture? It really is mind boggling isn't it? I can't remember when the documentary is showing. I'll update you guys on it soon. Please watch it so we can discuss about it if everyone knows what I am talking about.

Wow... the outing is fun....only 3 letters can describe every thing...LOL....haha... quite crappy... singapore's 40 years old... if thats a human being, it would be the end of his active age and leading to his prime age.... well, got to say Faust is rite as we cannot turn back time at all, but we can do one thing, recall. we can recall what we did before, either by remembering it or due to some other causes. actually, did you reliase that if you were to listen to a music you heard before when you were experiencing something, your body records the song to the emotions, feelings and the memories with it. so its like as if your mind function as a VCR to record everything, but you will not reliase it at all till you heard the song again, the others come flow along it like water... thats explains why some people cry when they listen to some songs or they went beserk.... Every one does not wants to have bad memories, but do you know that the more you ask yourself 2 4get, the more your mind will remember??? Last but not lease;

Since I can't go watch fireworks with the other community peeps, I might as well blog. (Not because I don't want to go, but I've got things on. Like blogging. oh yea. -rolls eyes-)

Let me help everoyn to post, HAPPY NATIONAL DAY Singapore! Extending out from your valued Admins to all readers and our dear members :) Yes haha it is Singapore's 40th birthday (as if you all dont know) Looking forward to meeting everyone tonight. Lets make it a good one, first meeting :)

I recently picked this phrase up from one of my friend's blogs. "Why do parents all tell us we are unique and special when we are young but want us to be like everyone else when we grow older?" Strange right? Haha, I guess the part about "being like everyone else" is to be NORMAL bah~ guess that applies to us teens :) Then again, if all parents say this then what is normal?

Is a straight As student normal? Or would a delinquent be condsidered normal in Singapore context? Kind of boggling now that you give it some serious thought eh? When we are young, all we want to do is grow up quickly so we can do this and that like all the older people can. When we grow up (not really, maybe at this age) sometimes, we wish we were younger, when day to day life did not contain so much stress, pressure and expectations.

We can't turn back time so what do we do? Many choose the simplest way with the least effect on the life are already living. Delving deep into various fantasy worlds, through various mediums like books, games or shows. Now when I say fantasy it need not be something that it totally way out like dragons and magic~ I mean fiction, that is realistic, you know? The ideal worlds people (especially girls) love to dream up? (no offence meant to anyone) It's these small things that makes the gruelling task of ploughing through day to day life bearable.

Before I go (got to get everything spiffy for the meeting) a haiku (on Ah^Wei's request) for NAtional Day!

well, i have not updated for so long due to some IE problem... so ill have to make it up for it now....

I wonder how many people collects model kits? people i know only watch but does not collect them.... except for a few who buys like crazy... i enjoy the building of it but 1 important thing... its not a toy... so parents please dont buy it for your kids and after complain its not pre-made...(if you want pre-made please go get action figures..)Becoz... MODEL KITS ARE NOT TOYS!!!!
Now, that is very important... as i have heard a mother of a 7 year old kid complaining to a shop that they sell Not-made toys.... when i heard that, i was like, DIAO??? She was complaining to the man saying that she spent $32 buying plastics for his kid who was looking for a robot action figure.... how lame can that be, and i even heard some parents saying that its a waste of money as kids will just spoil it when they play with it becoz its fragile....OMG... parents are getting retard at this recently... cant you ppl see?? its not a toy... its a MODEL FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!! M-O-D-E-L K-I-T!!! NOT T-O-Y!!!!

Brain-Washification

No lar, I'm talking about THIS type of brain washing, but rather, ehhhh....read on and you'll know!! =P (cuz I don't know how to say duh~~ heex.)

So, ahem, an example of brain-washification would be when someone (let's name this person Anson, I've always liked that name. =D) Anyway, so Anson decided that he had had enough of being stupid. So he starts telling himself he's clever. EVERYDAY. At least ten times. Soon, he believes in it and REALLY starts becoming cleverer.

See, he manages to brain wash himself. -grins-

To brain wash other people, JUST DO THE SAME THING LAR!! Except of course you say it to the person. Normally, unless that person's will is very strong, otherwise he/she will soon be influenced by ~~evil me~~ you.

By going through this brain-washification process, first of all, you must be able to accept ~~an earth-shattering~~ a small/big (depends on what you wants) change. Next, you must really be convinced. (As convinced as Mr Vain that he's really very good-looking hor.)

Warning : Use it to good use, for boosting your confidence. If I ever found out that you put it to bad use, I'll.....I'll....-looks at the time- Oh, it's over 9pm. My brain refuse to work after that time lei.

I suppose that's it ba. Can't think of anything le. Will blog about my opposition to Ah^Wei's post when I have done more research on it since I'm actually quite interested in it myself. =)

i actually had my last common test today... and it was mechanics... AND!!!! i forgot to multiply the mass by 9.81 so.... 25 marks actually flew back to the teacher instead to me... sigh~! but anyway! have u guys realised what nice weather we are actually having these days? it was really good! ehm.... haahhaaa~!

Yesterday is a good day fine weather

You have probably noticed the horrible english the title was written in, just for the fun of it. Before I continue, let me do some explaining. I think ill make it a habit to explain my oxymorons from now on lol.

So lets begin. Simplicity Complex. First let me define complex as "In psychology, a group of related, often repressed ideas and impulses that compel characteristic or habitual patterns of thought, feelings, and behavior." An example would be a "inferiority complex", in which the person just has low self esteem and therefore feels themself "inferior" to others, thus the term. So a "simplicity complex" (although not really existant) is a condition in which the person simplifys everything too much. I guess. And a nice quote =) "Everything is simpler than you think and at the same time more complex than you imagine."

Now my topic. Lets pic up where Ah^Wei left off, Evolution. With it comes the famous question, which came first? The chicken or the egg? Well let me answer that question, in all kinds of religion in which there was the act of God creating the world and all its inhabitants, I have never seen a SINGLE religion which says that God created multitudes of EGGS all over the world and they hatched to become the first chicken/duck/etc. Problem solved, if you want to talk about the big bang theory I'll touch on that once Ive done more research.

Evolution, sometimes, may not be all that helpful. Evolution was "planned" so that creatures can adapt to changes in their environment to the best of their ability for ease of survival. The animal that I am most amazed at in evolution is the cockroach, yes, the cockroach, those tiny brown menaces we do not heistate to flatten without a second though. Why has man been unable to stomp out (no pun intended) the existance of cockroaches after years and years of effort? The reason is simple, the cockroaches simply gained a resistance to our chemicals and poisons and passed them on to their offspring. A little off the track note, it is said after a nuclear attack, the only surviving creature in the blast radius might be the cockroach, scary isn't it that prospect?

Before I go on, I do not 100% support the evolution theory, that all life started out as single celled organisms, that is bull~ In my opinion that is, the odds an chances involved are too great to even consider it a possiblity, and in such a short period of time. Same applies for the Big Bang theory. Yes, I am a creationist, so all evolutionists out there, be warned.

Do you think men are still evolving?

Evolution. Science believes that men evolved from primates. Christians otherwise believe that God has created men. I stand more to the former statement. The latter just seem too far fetched for me to believe. I mean, how are you able to create something out of nothingness? Although I have read Dan Brown's Angels and Demons and it says that anti-matter is indeed created out of nothingness, I am still a little doubtful of it. However, there is indeed something called anti-matter in this world. They are still researching on it though.

So has men stopped evolving? That is my main question today. If we have not, what are we going to look like next time?

I actually have some very weird thinking. I remember saying that I believe that UFO's are actually humans from the future who is travelling back into time. So how do aliens look like? From movies and how people normally percieve, it looks like the kind with a lightbulb head, long thin fingers, eyes as large as an you mouse, head to body ratio is like 5:3. Is that how we are going to look like next time? What a scary thought, but that might be us when we have further evolved?

Who knows?

Lucky for us, we ain't staying long enough to find out how humans are going to look like in the future. Thinking in the present now, do you think we see signs of evolution? I for one think that we are indeed seeing some signs of it. What are the signs you might ask. I personally think that deformed offsprings are actually a sign of evolution. I mean, it can be true right?

Like I said, who knows?

The world is changing fast. We are zooming into the future. Something new is discovered everyday. How are we going to cope with the changes? I am sure that the weather will change gradually. Humans' body will evolve to meet the needs to survive the weather. So I guess men will still continue to evolve. What we see the aliens as now might be scary but it would actually be normal if everyone else look like one another.

Again, who knows?

Until we really evolve, we can only speculate right?

My share view on men and women...

I am sure most of you have read MrVain's entry about men and women. How many of you actually agree with him? I would say I personally agree to some of the points he mentioned in there. However, I am going to say my own view of men and women.

Male versus female. Who is the more dominant gender? How are they different and why are they acting like this? The answers. Where are we going to find them?

Let us first talk about the sense of sight between male and female. Picture this scene. A husband walks into the kitchen and asks for the bottle of milk. Wife says it is in the fridge. Man opens the fridge and starts searching for it. After searching for a few minutes, he gives up and calls for his wife to help him. His wife feeling frustrated, walks up to the fridge and miraculously produces the bottle of milk.

I am sure most men have this problem. Your mom asks you to go to the fridge and get an item and you absolutely cannot find it, but when they get it themselves, it seems so easy. I have a reason for that.

It all starts with ancient times. Where both genders were held to stereotyping. Meaning, men will be out hunting for food most of the time and females staying at home and looking after their offsprings and taking good care of their habitat. Due to this, both gender has developed different sights. For the men, their sight would have developed to focus more clearly to farther things. Because, during their hunts, they would look for their prey across the vast fields and thus developing a keen sight for far things.

For females, their job around the house has made them more alert to the things near them. Which developed their sight to notice things nearer to them more. That is why females tend to find things more easily around the house than males.

Next moving on to the thinking. I have to agree with MrVain that males do sometimes think more than females. I would say that males think more practically while females, the opposite. Reason would be dating back to ancient times where males hunt and females stay at home again. Pratical thinking is essential for hunting. Need we say more about cleaning?

Think I'll stop here for now. Shan't bore you further with my rattling on.

P.S: Diving was great! My dad has promised to let me take advance diving course if I lose 15 kg! Now I am so hyped up! Help me people!

Simple Woman, Complex Man.

Hmm~... well, as i feel that i shld blog more often, as part of the team...i decided to blog, once again~ =)
But since it's because of responsiblity i'm doing this... i didn't really think of a certain topic that i shld blog on~ (*My title izz still now empty....have no idea wat i wanna blog)

Hmm~... well, by the way, i'm a very curious person~... especially when it comes to man and woman~.

Alright.
Will blog on some question i tend to ponder about, and my thoughts on them~

1. Man are from Mars, and Woman are from Venus ???

Lol~, seriously....i don't really see what we can derive from this question~...

The only few things that i do know are...
- Mars is a hotter planet than Venus.
- Mars is closer to the Sun compared to Venus.
- Both Mars and Venus are round. (*So are all the other planets~)

and when it comes to men and women...

- I SINCERLY believe that there are more hot women than hot men.
- Women are more down to Earth (since the sun also has gravity, and it's actually pulling things towards it as well~) , with them willing to settle with just one true love, than compare to men, who... of course, will want more than 1 lady to settle with~. (*Maybe that only applies to me~)
- Nope, we are all NOT round~....whether you are a man, woman, animal or even a plant.... we are NOT round~... we can have certain body parts round, but we are NOT round.

2. Who thinks too much, the Man or the Woman?

From what i do know, man thinks alot more than woman... so much so to the extend that we really think too much~...
BUT~!
From some sources and my own experience, man are also rather good when it comes to spotting woman who are interested in them.
But, as we men (*or at least most of us men) always thought that we think too much, we do not dare to confirm unless the lady come forward to admit it. (*Which chances are only 2% and below.)
I also feels that woman think alot too~... but because i'm not a woman, i have always find it hard to have a conclusion for woman, on whether they too~, think too much~. =)

3. Are Man really much more easier to understand than Woman? (* Applying only to realationship~ )

Well, for me...i always thought that man are easier to understand compared to woman in a relationship~.
We speak and show what we feel much more easier and in a much simpler way, compared to woman with their ' when i say "No" i meant "Yes" ' characteristic~...

Sometimes it is kinda cute, and gives us man challenge in a relationship.
Sometime though, it is just plain irritating~.

Anyway, for me, i do like it that woman are more complicated as i find it very interesting, or i might very well become a gay already~.

4. A Woman's sixth sense???
Although it's hard to prove, or actually...i don't think there's anyway to prove it... but i myself feels that woman have a VERY powerful sixth sense. It's not some hoax for man to actually believe such that they would not lie to their spouse, or stead, or girlfriend(s)~... I find it very true myself from most of the girls, ladies and women i met.
I think they have at least a sixth sense abt 5-10 times stronger than man. (*Man have it too~... read ques. 2)
But well... there is SOME way to get around those 'high-powered sensor' though~........

Alright, this about some of the question i ponder and my answers on them~.
Obviously, this is only my view on it, although i myself sincerly believe it to be very true~... =)

Looks at the sky, oh it's dark heh uh oh~ ok cut the crap. I was bored to I typed that front part, please forgive me *grovels* please? *gets up* ha- you cant refuse if I do that *smirks* just kidding.

How is everyone doing, Im absolutely estatic that our little idea here has brough us so far and spawned us *counting* 4 faithful, loyal (waits to be seen) partners in crime, uh I mean partners on this blogging community! First up, i'd like to extend a hand of thanks to Ah^Wei (Can I call you Wei from now on? Ah^ wei is a tad hard to type cos of the "^") for laying down the ground rules. Yep its simple, just stick by them and no one gets hurt *off-screen voice: But i want to test out my torture devices!* SHH!! They can hear you Vain! *Off-screen voice: Eh?! You never warned me! Im outta here~*

Right heh *sweats* Um yea, it is now 12:55am so you can really see the madness coming through here heehee. Oh yes, ive taken quite a liking to Puns, although there are far and few between depending on the situation, I enjoy the recognition and usage of these little gems. A little extra on the side here. Let me introduce you, a kind of short japanese poem, the haiku.

A haiku is written in syllables. You know what syllables are right? Like the word "apple" has two syllables (ap-ple) or astronaut has three (as-tro-naut). You get the picture. Now a haiku is in the form of syllables, in the order 5-7-5, there need not be any particular meaning for the whole thing or even rhyming although a general sense of continuity is necessary. Please not that the 5-7-5 is for the WHOLE line and not for each word. An eg.

As time passes by (5: as time pass-es by)
I occasionally gaze (7: I o-cca-sion-a-lly gaze)
Back where I began (5: back where I be-gan)

Easy? I just found this and it is rather fun making them up as you go along. Try it! When you have the time of course, although I assure you it wont take more than a few minutes of your precious time. Hmm, is this post alright? I mean I myself still am not sure as to what the purpose of this blog is. However, should this post ruflle the feathers of any bird-brained felons out there, drop me a line and I'll feel free to give it a tug. "Wait!" cried Ah Choy.

"Wat is lat ho?"

"Yah ho! Be carefool lo," warned Ah Seng.

"Wat is it?" They approached the thing and looked at it very closely. "Eee.. look like poo lah!" say Ah Choy.

"Hmmm..smell like poo also!" say Ah Seng after taking a deep breath.

Ah Choy then poked the thing with his one finger, raised the finger to his lips, tasted it and said, "Tastes like poo!"

Ah Seng pushed his finger right through the thing and stick out his tongue to lick. With confident, he said, "Confirm is poo!"

Then they smiled at each other, "Wah! lucky we didn't step on it."

kies, I really think that it's very funny can. LOL. Anyway, here's another one. ^^

A woman is out looking for a pet, and so she's trying the local pet shops. She walks into a small pet shop and explains her need to the attendant. He thinks for a moment and then says, "I've got just the thing for you madam. I'll just get him."

With that, he disappears into the back of the shop, and returns a few seconds later with a cute little puppy. "This dog is a special dog," he tells her. "It is able to fly," he explains, and with that throws the dog into the air. It immediately begins to float gracefully around the shop.

"There is one problem with him, however. Whenever you say 'my', he'll eat whatever you've mentioned. Watch. "My apple!" The lady watches in astonishment as the dog zooms over to the shop attendant and furiously devours an apple he has produced from his pocket.

"He's cute, and so unusual. I'll take him," she says, and a few minutes later she is on her way back home with dog to show her husband.

"Darling, look what a clever pet I bought today!" she exclaims when she gets back home. "He can fly!"

The husband peers at the dog, and then remarks, "Fly eh? Ha! My foot!"

I suppose everyone can guess what happens to his foot right. ~lolx. Come to think of it, why do we always go "my foot, my arse, your head"?? I admit to using them at times also. Is this under Singlish as well? haha. Speaking of Singlish, I remembered browsing through a book that's on sale at the Esplanade shop. It's something like a handbook for foreigners to teach them how to use Singlish and it says there that "lars, lehx, lei, lors, are like pepper, salt, sugar to food." How true how true. Because you also have to learn to add which one at the end of the sentence. Just like what to add to the food to enhance the flavour.

Anyway, the jokes are taken from ChannelNewsAsia forum. It's quite a fun place in there actually. ^^ Hope you enjoyed the jokes as much as I do. =D

In actual fact, both Johann Faust and Desmond are wrong about being the last of the administrative members to introduce themselves. I am the last! -Smug- Hahahahaha! If you didn't notice otherwise, I have not introduced myself at all. All I did was to put up the first post and the rules. So whine all you want but I am gonna still be the last! (I am wondering why we are so obessed about being the last?) Faust, I think you better leave that kick for yourself. I am in no hurry needing it.

Let's not digress any furthur.

Just setting up this blog alone tells you what kind of a guy I am. Senseless? I suppose you could say that. Talking about being senseless, isn't it senseless to actually blog sense on a senseless blog? Lol~ Talk about being oxymoronic. Sense is not something which can be attained through studying but through being senseless. Now tell me, all of you want to be senseless too. So how senseless must we be before we actually start to make sense?

Easy. Did the above paragraph make any sense? Now you get the idea of what kind of a guy I am.

I am currently studying in NYP, persuing for the Diploma In Business Management. I would say that I have lived rather a full life.(Not literally Faust.) I am the kind to take things easy and slowly. I am a thinker, but not a doer. Unlike Faust, who constanly does things... to people that is. That is why I am always "The Thinker" in group projects.

Another thing, I seem to have an unlimited amount of patience. It never seem to run out. Perhaps that is why I usually take things easy. I have so much patience that I actually enjoy sitting down doing nothing and looking at time pass. Might I add that I am a happy go lucky person?

My writing once sucked because I used tons of ellipsis. (For those who do not know what ellipsis are, they are commonly known as suspension points.)[For those who still do not know what suspension points are, they are ... Yes! ... That is called an ellipsis] Can you imagine reading a blog entry with ellipsis on every single sentence? It is not only grammatically wrong but also irritating... Yes! That irritating... It's almost as irritating as Desmond's brackets... It was not long after I found out that my fingers were just so accustomed to typing the ellipsis whenever I end a sentence... I have rectified the mistake but it still affects my chatting on msn...

Irritating isn't it? I guessed so. From all the introduction of the administrative members, I am sure you can tell we do not think like normal people. We are actually better than normal. Abnormal! Hahaha!

Some may ask, why the need to bother about grammar and punctuation when blogging?

To say the truth, it is actually my personal interest. I like the language English. Besides, it is the only subject I scored the highest among all my other subjects during secondary school life. Apart from the English language, I have also taken an interest in Bahasa Indonesia. For the last time, I did not like the language because my ex was an indonesian! So quit bugging me about it.

This was suppose to be a short introduction wasn't it? But what to do when I have so many good things to talk about myself?

Other than language and acadamically wise, I am also blessed with senseless knowedge. Who would be interested in sex actually? That part of me I would really conseder weird. Lots of girls hate guys who think about sex all day long. It's surprising that I have girlfriends. Throughout the years in secondary school, I have learned alot about it. Now I am blessed with a wide knowledge of it. Hahaha! Wonder if saying this would make the girls shun me in future? Well, accept it cos it's part of me.

There is much more about me that you will gradually find out through this blog. I intend to keep the other traits of myself a secret and let you people find out. So I guess there is a lot of inference you can do with my entries.

P.S: I will be leaving Singapore for a diving trip and will only be back by Sunday. I am currently on a diving course. Hopefully I get my diving liscence soon. I'll end this post with some wacky advice of mine. If you've got it, fluant it!

Hi, my name is Desmond. ( Hold your breath, and read the next line... go! )
I'm forgetful and a free thinker and the only child in my family and soft-hearted and an anti-smoker and single and a lousy liar and extremely careless and cheerful and optimistic and against wet weathers and a Digital Media Design student and a Chinese and definitely very senseless sometimes ( For example, now. ).

I use a lot of brackets when writing. ( It can get irritating sometimes. ) [ I hate irritants, and yet I irritate people unknowingly. ] { You see what I mean? }

From the examples above, you see three different brackets used. Three of them carry three different information that somehow relate to each other. I put them in brackets because I personally don't find them appropriate without brackets.

Uhhh.. whatever. I believe that the short introduction above is not enough for you, right? *Yawn* Eh? Im the last person from the Administrative Committee to post? Ha~ Its all preplanned you see, by coming in late Id be able to get all eyes on me and make, like my title, a stunning dramatic entry... *Gets run over by mob shouting, "As if!"* *dusts self off* Ok, first thing you need to know about me when I blog, I tend to use * alot. Anything witin the * premeters means actions eg *kicks Ah^Wei in the nuts* *Ah^well falls over* see? Nice and easy, oh and I like to deviate alot too, as if you havent noticed.

Ok back on task, I am Johann Faust, Or more accurately I prefer to be called Johann Faust. 16 going on 17 (Hey isnt that a song from the Sound of Music? You know the musical? I am sixteen going on seventeen, innocent as a rose~ lol you can message me for the mp3) just like most of the other senior citizens here. As for studies, lets just say Im decked in Brown daily =)

For hobbies please look up Anime and Manga on your own, if you start calling it cartoons or comics I will not hesitate yo hit you. Im a Singaporean Chinese and a Christian, I'm not biased against any race or religion but I may try to convert you if I feel the need to =) Just a slight warning, my logic and sense is directly proportionate to things that happen daily multiplied by the random factor i have named randomness, which usually equates too.... not much =) You have been warned.

Before I start rattling on about the rules we have to obey, I would like to take this moment and announce the admin members of this blog. They will be the so called government for this blog.

They are, Yours Truly, Desmond, Johann Faust and MrVain. If you do have any ideas to improve this blog, please feel free to voice your opinions to them and we will discuss about it.

I will leave it to all of you on whether to reveal your true identity in this blog. I do not mind if someone joins in and remain anonymous throughout.

Now onto the important stuff.

Someone told me there isn't a need for rules. However, I beg to differ. Ever since I attended the Bloggers' convention, I have come to realised that we do indeed have to think before we type. I always used to think that I could type anything on the net and get away scott free.

Thing is, we can get sued if our words has any defaming meaning in it. So I would hope that no one makes this mistake and get into trouble. However fear not. There is a way to save yourself if you ever get into this trouble. So do not feel restricted to voice yourself.

I hope these rules will serve their purpose and you all will follow it. I do not want to mett out any punishment because I know all of you would obey it. Don't worry. It ain't difficult to follow anyway.

yea, and with 13 more minutes to 12 midnight, on a, let's see, cloudy night?, I'm here introducing myself to God-knows-who.

Fine. drama. (plus crap...?)

I'm 16 going on 17 this year (-cringes- God knows how many times I've typed this today) and currently studying in NYP, enrolled in the course Molecular Biotechnology. I'm supposed to have my common test next week, and instead of studying for it since I skipped so many lectures and haven't done more than 5 tutorials, I'm here blogging.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention, I'm a chinese female and I'm here because of Wei Xin's invitation. (though I think he might regret in the future. lolx.)

currently a student in nanyang polytechnic... doing diploma in manufacturing engineering! and eh... my cca is tennis... unfortunately i'm not in the school team YET... lolx~!

my hobbies are watch anime and play tennis.... i guess thats the only 2 thing i love in this world... totally obsessed with it....

I am real glad to be able to have the honour to give the opening for this new blog which Chang Xiang, Shan An, Desmond and me have put up. Apart from my own personal blog, I'll also be blogging here. So will the rest. I think I might want to change my style of typing over here as it does get a little boring typing the same way twice. What I will change to? I myself do not know it yet. So I suppose you guys have to tune in regularly to find out.

What we are doing here is called a blogging community. It is open for anyone to join. We gladly welcome you with open arms. Before you do, make sure you are a member of blogger and put your e-mail address that is registered with blogger.

The irony about this blogger community we have is that we are suppose to have a focus of interest to blog about. However, our focus of interest is to blog about anything under the sun. Ironic isn't it? Hahaha! It kind of coincides with our url, senseless logic. It is an oxymoron if you guys did notice it.

I think we should have rules when it comes to blogging here. As chinese says, guo you guo fa, jia you jia gui. It literally means that every countries has it own laws and every home has its own house rules. So I guess we should have blog rules. However, I am a little pressed for time and thus I shall spare you all by publishing the rules next time.

Before I end, I want to thank Shan An and Chang Xiang who made this idea possible for me.
